Dynamics Expert Solutions ("DES", "we") is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy headquartered in Austin, Texas. This policy describes what information this website and our DES Intelligence assistant collect and how we use it.
If you contact us by email or phone, or share your contact details through the DES Intelligence assistant, we use that information to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent your information.
Questions you ask the DES Intelligence assistant are processed by an AI service provider to generate responses, and conversations may be reviewed by DES to improve the assistant's accuracy. Please do not share confidential business information through the assistant; a direct conversation is the right place for that.
This website does not use advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard, aggregate traffic logs needed to serve and secure the site.
We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and the assistant (such as hosting and AI processing), and only as needed to provide those functions, or where required by law.
