  • As a D365 F&O Financial Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules. You will work closely with client stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams, to understand their business processes and requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • System Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting. Configure and customize the system to align with the client's financial processes and requirements.

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their financial business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand existing processes, identify pain points, and propose optimized solutions utilizing D365 F&O functionality.

    • Solution Design: Design and document functional specifications, system configurations, and process flows to meet client requirements. Develop and present solution proposals, providing recommendations and best practices to improve financial processes and controls.

    • System Testing and Training: Plan and execute system testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Prepare test scripts, conduct testing, and ensure the system meets the defined requirements. Deliver end-user training and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of the D365 F&O financial modules.

    • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to clients after system implementation. Address and resolve functional issues, system errors, and user inquiries related to D365 F&O financial modules. Collaborate with technical teams, if required, to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

    • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in D365 F&O financial functionality and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement, providing recommendations to clients to enhance financial operations and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

    • Previous experience with implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) financial modules.

    • Proficiency in conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues and process gaps.

    • Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • As a D365 F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) Supply Chain Consultant you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the implementation and optimization of the supply chain management module within the D365 F&O system. Your role will revolve around understanding and analyzing the client's supply chain processes and requirements, and translating them into effective solutions using the D365 F&O platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document their supply chain management requirements, including areas such as procurement, inventory management, demand planning, production control, logistics, and warehousing.

    • Solution Design: Utilize your knowledge of supply chain management best practices and the capabilities of D365 F&O to design and configure effective solutions that align with the client's business objectives. This involves creating functional design documents, process flows, and system configuration specifications.

    • System Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of D365 F&O supply chain management modules, including configuring the system, conducting data migration, performing system integration, and executing test scenarios to ensure the solution meets the requirements.

    • Customization and Development: Collaborate with technical teams or developers to design and implement customizations or extensions to the D365 F&O system, if needed, to address unique supply chain management needs.

    • Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create training materials and documentation to ensure that end-users understand how to effectively utilize the supply chain management features of D365 F&O.

    • System Testing and Support: Perform system testing and assist in resolving issues during the testing phase. Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing their questions, concerns, and troubleshooting system-related problems.

    Qualifications

    • D365 F&O Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX) with a focus on the supply chain management module. This includes a comprehensive understanding of the system's features, functionalities, and configuration options related to supply chain management.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 F&O supply chain management modules. Knowledge of X++ programming language, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), data migration, and integration techniques is desirable.

    • Business Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain management processes and translate them into functional design documents and system configurations. Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and creating process flows.

    • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, especially in the supply chain management module, can be an added advantage, such as MB-330: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar certifications.

  • As a D365 F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) Retail Consultant your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise and guidance in the implementation and optimization of the retail management module within the D365 F&O system. Your role will revolve around understanding and analyzing the client's retail business processes and requirements and translating them into effective solutions using the D365 F&O platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document their retail management requirements, including areas such as point of sale (POS), inventory management, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, store operations, and omnichannel capabilities.

    • Solution Design: Utilize your knowledge of retail management best practices and the capabilities of D365 F&O to design and configure effective solutions that align with the client's business objectives. This involves creating functional design documents, process flows, and system configuration specifications.

    • System Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of D365 F&O retail management modules, including configuring the system, conducting data migration, performing system integration, and executing test scenarios to ensure the solution meets the requirements.

    • Customization and Development: Collaborate with technical teams or developers to design and implement customizations or extensions to the D365 F&O system, if needed, to address unique retail management needs.   • As an D365 F&O Technical Architect your primary responsibility will be technical leadership and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient solutions using the D365 F&O platform. You will play a crucial role in system architecture, customization, integration, performance optimization, and technical documentation, ensuring the successful delivery and operation of the D365 F&O system.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions using the D365 F&O platform. Develop and document technical design specifications.

    • System Architecture: Design and architect the technical landscape of D365 F&O implementations, including integration with other systems and applications. Define the system architecture, infrastructure requirements, and deployment strategies.

    • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the implementation lifecycle. Review and approve technical designs, code, and customization artifacts. Mentor and train junior developers.

    • Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in the D365 F&O system. Conduct performance tuning activities, including monitoring, analysis, and optimization of code, database queries, and system configurations.

    • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, development standards, and system documentation. Ensure proper version control and documentation management practices.

    • Quality Assurance and Testing: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and stability of the D365 F&O system. Participate in code reviews and perform system-level testing as required.

    Qualifications:

    • D365 F&O Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX) with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the platform. Extensive knowledge of the D365 F&O architecture, data model, development tools, and customization options.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as X++, C#, and SQL. Experience with development tools and frameworks related to D365 F&O, such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and the MorphX development environment. Familiarity with integration technologies and techniques, such as Azure Integration Services, OData, and APIs.

    • System Architecture: Solid understanding of system architecture principles and best practices, including the ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions. Experience in designing and architecting D365 F&O implementations, including system integrations, data migration strategies, and infrastructure requirements.

    • Development Experience: Proven experience in developing and customizing D365 F&O solutions, including writing code, creating extensions, implementing complex business rules, and performing data migrations. Strong understanding of coding standards, version control, and development methodologies.

    • Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Ability to review and approve technical designs and code, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence and best practices within the team.

    • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the D365 F&O system. Experience in troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, identifying root causes, and proposing optimization strategies.
