We are a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations consultancy, founded and led by Ran Lavie, who has spent more than 20 years implementing Dynamics AX and D365 Finance and Operations. We have been building DES since 2014. We are an American company based in Austin, Texas, and we deliver across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and China.

What we do

F&O is all we do. Full end-to-end D365 F&O implementations are our most common engagement, followed by ERP selection and assessment work and legacy Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 migrations to D365 F&O. We also run post-go-live production support and process work on systems already live, and build purpose-made extensions: Label Integration, Shop Floor Power Apps and a Vendor Portal. Our focus is manufacturing, distribution and retail: mid-size, multi-entity operations.

How we work

Two ways. We work directly with companies running or moving to F&O, and we provide senior bench strength to other Microsoft partners. Most direct engagements start with our fixed-price assessment: four bounded weeks ending in a project blueprint and a tailored solution demo, portable to DES or any partner you choose. Past go-live, our consultants stay on as an extension of your internal IT team.

DES is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP): we source, manage and bill your Microsoft licensing end to end. D365 F&O licenses specifically are provisioned through a partner under a signed agreement.
